Just a quick one, but I am still feeling very frustrated about customer service at Tesco's, as they replace human staff with scan pack and pay.
Today was a nightmare trying to get out of the shop with bakery goods.
The people in front wanted alcohol and cigarettes. The machine can't get these are verify them.
The human still needs to come and help, so why not just put them on the counter anyway. It wastes time, and the technology doesn't improve my shopping experience one bit.
