A - Z Blogging Challenge: O is for Oops

O is for OOPS, and those moments in which you just did something stupid and silly and have embarrassed yourself in front of a crowd of group of people.

I am going to tell you some situations where Oops fits with embarrassing behaviours. 

I guess you could describe some of these as Epic Fails. 

1. When I fell into a paddling pool fully dressed at a party and I was soaked through
2. Speeding into a brick wall on my bike and crashing - there were no injuries
3. Calling someone the wrong name after knowing them my whole life
4. Forgetting fathers day
5. Tripping outside down a set of steps in front of a coach full of school children
6. Throwing a snowball in a girls eye by accident and watching her crying
7. Rolling down a ramp in a go-cart, not enough speed up that hill
8. Falling out of bed at a sleep over and crushing a friend
9. Running into a girl in P.E and watching her being wheeled off the field in a wheelchair 
10. Choking on a cheese string in front of a crowd of diners

Irritant of the day!

Today I suffered the most unbearable issue which many of you may have already experienced.

I had coursework to hand for tomorrow so I was planning to be organised and early for it, as otherwise you just miss that deadline (dreadline) completely.

I had sent my work to the printing queue and logged in to print it off.

As per usual there was no paper!
This is always a massive problem, and there is no one ever around to replace this resource when you need them. We pay high tuition fees as it is...and these universities up and down the countries cant afford to pay someone to simply just refill the paper tray.

Of course I would happily do it if I knew where this paper was, but I bet it is all locked up in a cupboard 3 floors down in a dingy and depressing stationary room where nothing ever leaves it except the hole puncher.

Today this has just really annoyed the hell out of me.
Thank god the deadline wasn't today or they would have been a mass panic.

Moan Moan Moan.......

So I am short sighted and only occasionally wear glasses when I drive, or to read white boards.

However recently as I have been getting older my eyes are beginning to fail me a bit more each year. I am always being sprung upon whilst watching TV when suddenly everyone has decided to use text messages on programs, however with text boxes which I can never read. It is always a surprise and never get a warning to go fetch my glasses, which I couldn't wear all day waiting for this or Subtitles to appear.

What was wrong with the days when everyone just spoke what needed to be said. TV isn't a book.

Irritant of the day: Server too busy, Moan Moan.

The phrase everyone begins to detest, as it grows on you like an annoying flea pest. How is it in this day and age that the internet can be too busy. With so many internet users online daily for up to 2hours as an average the ISP's should be buying more space in order to cope with the intake.

Watching video's can be the hardest thing to do at peak times, as buffering seems to be the largerst pest of them all. Waiting to get to at least 56% before you can even believe taht you will get to the end, and see your well awaited EPIC FAIL video.

Sunday evenings appear to be one of the busiest times for internet users, as the riff raff all log on waiting out the long dreaded stretch to monday morning.

Get it sorted soon, as customers are already frustrated as the lack of connection speed in which we get. Don't make yourself be the epic fail. Be brilliant, let us search in less than a second!
