Moan of the day!

Being on time for once...and everyone else is late.

Seems I trekked into a lecture only to have to wait over 45minutes to begin.
You try to be early, but when you do, no one else appears to be following behind you.

Just one of those days it seems.

Mulling around trying to work hard but with no success.

Seem to be stuck in a downward spiral of no inspiration to work...well this seems to happen a lot.

Whatever happened to learning for fun, without all these tests of coursework and exams, I am sure we would all be empowered by more knowledge.
However, I guess they want to control who has the information...yes you know who 'they' are.

The Government......da..da..daaaaah.

Moan of the day!

Today I have found that I have been avoiding my work to the evening. Stereotypically I found that I worked more productively in the middle of the day when the shine was shining and the birds were tweeting.

However recently I have shifted to an evening worker, finding more efficient ways of working in the darkness, channelling the boredom that usually drives me to snack or roam about youtube.

This may mark a new era for me as I begin to find a reason to do my work. So here is to hoping that my essay writing skills are finally paying off.

I do miss the days of leaving work to the very last minute and rushing around like an idiot trying to hand it in, because I was having fun...but wisdom and panic are now in motion

Random: The stress of having a stressful friend

There are some people who push their ideas and opinions on to you as if they are set in stone. It appears that if you don't follow their train of thought, you are in the wrong. Well guess what....your way of thinking sometimes is detrimental to you and your health. Sometimes it just requires some relaxation time and have some real fun, as if you constantly bog yourself down under the pressure of work and stressful events you can't expect others to enjoy your company.  The person who constantly worries about money and budgeting are the ones who may not be able to relax, opposed to the people who allow wiggle room in their spendings and can rise to occasions without guilt and fear of breaking the bank. In order to succeed in life you have to go with it, not hold back within it.

Hopefully this will give you an insight into my trail of thought and how I think...see if you can relax and have fun without the stress.

Irritant of the day. Work Work Work.

At University you are expected to do self-directed work to some extent. However it feels that most of the time this work is useless to my overall understanding of the module as it represents old school style of homework. When it turns from fun and interesting..(sometimes)...into highlighting and reading 50 pages of text that most of the time wont be discussed in class, due to vast amounts of peer talking.. I think why am I paying the lecturers for this. If they did anything less they would be on the sofa at home (a comfortable one for sure), sitting around in their large tuition fee fuelled wages. Lord Help the future generations who will be paying larger University fees just to get jack all from lecturers.

Bored at your lecture...probably.. I guess the Lecturer needed another coffee

Top 5 moans for a Friday

1.
Trying to get out of the office quickly, trying not to be stopped to talk mindless chit-chat about what you may or may not do at the weekend to a colleague.

2.

Why is the world against you on the Roads, traffic has never seemed so busy than on a Friday.

3.
Trying to get ready to go out, knowing you need to squeeze in a shower and cook and eat all before 7.30.

4.
People calling you and wanting a long chat, which they could do any other time of the week.

5.
You have ate all the good food in the week, and realise you need to do a big shop the next day, but somehow just decide to pop to the local shop to cope for approximately 2days. Then you will have to go to the store.
